A native Washingtonian, David's inspiration for success came from his father, who owned a large portfolio of domestic and international residential and commercial properties. From a young age, David worked alongside real estate agents to identify, negotiate and close the purchase and sale of property for his father's portfolio. After graduating from the University of Maryland, David officially entered the real estate business and became rookie of the year and a multi-million dollar producer over the course of a four-year career.
David later earned an MBA from Duke and a JD from George Washington University and practiced as a transactional attorney for a global law firm, where he represented corporate clients in connection with billion-dollar domestic and cross-border transactions.
Realizing real estate is his true calling, David left legal practice to combine his seasoned approach in putting deals together with his passion for helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. David's prior experience negotiating and closing high-stakes deals gives him the ability to deliver the white-glove client service, attention to detail and savvy negotiation that his discerning clientele expect.

David resides in Chevy Chase, D.C. with his wife and two young children. He is a tennis enthusiast who competed in the Mid-Atlantic Tennis Association as a youth, achieving a #3 ranking in Maryland and a #5 ranking in MATA. David's professional associations include the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, the Metropolitan Regional Information Service, the DC Bar, and the American Bar Association.
